I'm a liberal Democrat and proud of it. Also a writer, mother, wife, dog pooper-scooper, gardener, and handy-challenged carpenter. I like old black and white movies, blueberries, the mountains, cross-country driving trips, and Maine. I hate computer viruses, flying, and forgetful "senior moments."

Looks good. What's it for?
Wish I could build like that. I'd best stick to software.
It's going to be a hutch bookshelf on top of a desk. The center section bottom shelf will have lights underneath, hidden by the trim. The bottom of the desk is composed of two cabinets. My intent is to have a matching hutch/desk combo on the opposite side of the large window with a window seat linking the two. That is, if I can ever finish this side.
